This package will provide you with a complete and detailed design which will be carefully developed over several design stages.

Following your email enquiry we will arrange a call to discuss your project in detail which will then enable us to provide you with a comprehensive quote. Once this is agreed the design process will typically follow the below stages but can be adapted to your specific requirements.

Design Stage 1- Concept

- A site visit to review the space, meet in person and discuss ideas

- Sketch floor plans

- Look and feel moodboards including inspiring imagery and sketches

Design stage 2- Developed concept

- Developed design drawings including floor plans, elevations and coloured 3D visuals

- Material sample boxes

- Suggested furniture, lighting and accessory specification

- A face to face meeting to review the concept and ensure you are happy with the design

Design stage 3- Detailed design

- A full set of measured drawings for your builder including floor plans, elevations, lighting plans and bespoke joinery drawings

- Comprehensive schedules for furniture, accessories, lighting and finishes

Design stage 4- On site and handover

- We can provide general support and guidance throughout the works and attend site regularly if required

- We can be there to dress and style your home or business space ready for you to move in and enjoy your new space!

Our fee for this package starts at £2800 and varies depending on scale of project.
